This machine is specially designed for carrying out leak testing operations on alloy wheels of sizes from 9” to 24”. It’s completely built-in stainless steel. The latest Water dip machine has all the advancements according to today's needs and requirements. Clamping & locating is easily settable, which saves cycle time and increases efficiency. The in-built water filtration system is provided with the machine. The operator only has to load the component and press the cycle start push buttons. All the electrical components necessary to operate the system are lodged in a panel installed on the machine. The system management is governed by a powerful and fast PLC that controls the rim handling and the test sequence.

360° Rotation and Interlocks

Hydrotecks Leak testing machines are very user-friendly and provide extra operator safety. The 360° rotation certifies the job to be leakage free and the rejected components are sent to the rejection bin. The interlock is set such that if the job is rejected and not put into the rejection bin the next cycle will not start.

Built Completely in SS 304

SS 304 is used to manufacture this machine, due to its excellent corrosion resistance and value. It contains between 16 and 24 percent chromium and up to 35 percent nickel, as well as small amounts of carbon and manganese. This gives the machine long life and trouble-free operation.
