Built Completely in SS 304

SS 304 is used to manufacture this machine, due to its excellent corrosion resistance and value. It contains between 16 and 24 percent chromium and up to 35 percent nickel, as well as small amounts of carbon and manganese. This gives the machine long life and trouble-free operation.

Standard Operating Procedure

This machine is divided into four different chambers, in the first chamber, the pre-washing process is carried out with supra solutions.

• The second chamber is divided into two stations, chemical wash station, and rinse wash station.
• The third chamber involves the air purging process where-in the component is subjected to the application of atmospheric air being fed by the high-pressure blowers.
• The fourth and final chamber consists of a pair of hot air blowers, and suction blowers, to provide ambient temperature to the component, before delivery.
