The gravity die casting process entails the controlled pouring of molten aluminium alloy into a die-casting mould, harnessing the force of gravity to facilitate the filling process. Subsequently, the molten metal is allowed to gradually solidify and cool within the mould. Upon completion of the cooling phase, the mould is opened, and the impeccably finished wheel is extracted, ready for use.
