Sliding door technology

This machine is made to thrill in the segment of industrial washers. Hydroteck introduces the new sliding door technology all doors of this machine can be removed easily, keeping in mind the easy and quick maintenance of the machine. These doors are leakage-proof and completely built-in SS 304.

Standard operating procedure

• This machine is divided into 4 different chambers, in the first chamber, the pre-washing process is carried out with supra solutions.
• The second chamber is divided into two stations, chemical wash station, and rinse wash station.
• The third chamber involves the air purging process in which the component is subjected to the application of atmospheric air being fed by the high-pressure blowers.
• The fourth and final chamber consists of a pair of hot air blowers, and suction blowers, to provide ambient temperature to the component, before delivery to the helium leak testing machine.
